Payroll Processing Dates & Inquiry

Pay Period: We operate on a bi-weekly pay schedule. The pay period starts on Monday and ends on Sunday of the following week.

Payday: Employees are paid every other Friday. If a payday falls on a public holiday, payment will be processed on the preceding business day.

Paid Time Off (PTO)
We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer a generous PTO policy to help you recharge and take care of personal matters.
PTO Accrual:

Full-Time Employees: Accrue PTO based on years of service, starting at 15 days per year for new employees.

Part-Time Employees: Accrue PTO on a prorated basis.

Carry Over: Unused PTO can be carried over to the next year, up to a maximum of 10 days.
Types of PTO:

Vacation: Use your PTO for vacations or personal time off.

Sick Leave: Use your PTO for illness or medical appointments.

Personal Days: Use your PTO for personal matters or emergencies.
How to Request PTO:
Submit your PTO request through the Leave Request Form available on the HR Portal.
Provide at least 2 weeks' notice for planned PTO. For emergency leave, notify your supervisor as soon as possible.
